Our 120,000 m² facility in Foshan runs the full chain: clay preparation, pressure casting, robotic glazing, kiln firing and brass machining. Nothing is outsourced except the impossible.

The clay body
A proprietary vitreous china blend, aged 72 hours for dimensional stability and a 0.3% water absorption rate.

The glaze
Twelve signature finishes developed in-house, each tested for 10,000 abrasion cycles and thermal shock.

The brass
CW617N lead-free brass, machined to ±0.05 mm and finished in PVD for a five-year salt-spray warranty.

The inspection
Every piece is water-tested, gauged and photographed before it is wrapped. 98.6% first-pass yield.
